Disc Golf Family blog has gathered five different videos on forehand or sidearm disc golf throws. They're all very good and highly recommend giving them a view as the sidearm or forehand throw in disc golf is a good throw to start out with as it's quite a bit more natural than the backhand throw. Not to mention it's another throw to add to your arsenal of disc golf techniques. Some of the videos, Avery Jenkins', for example, you may have seen in a past posting in this blog. But there's one I'd never seen before where they show several pro's throws in slow motion. Good stuff!!!
