This is a blog for the Clock Tower Disc Golf League, an employee league that also includes family and friends from outside the Clock Tower work environment as well as any disc golfer that's interested in reading or following it. The blog author, Joe Nobiling, a recreational player, is still learning. And has a LOT TO LEARN!!!

Heavy Disc has a pretty good disc golf blog and the subject of HD's June 30 post is "Getting Picky on the Backhand." He also provides some stop frame images with lines indicating the his body alignment as well as three or four pro players.
Heavy Disc covers several aspects of his and others form. Plus, he included a bit of in depth input by a DGCR (Disc Golf Course Review) form master, Sidewinder 22.
I've been working on my stand still delivery as recommended by Will Shusterick in his driving video. Don't think I've ever used a hop step though I've seen Kalvin Kalafut use that when he's been out on league night.
Below is a super slow motion video of Shusterick driving. This video was shot at 300 frames per second! That's pretty cool!
